What is it?

Found whilst walking in Newton woods. Paula blipped it the other day but it was still there today so I thought I would blip it.

Helped to wash car, went for a good walk, then I have been doing a bit of garden tidying  and baking this afternoon. Weather bit cloudy start but brighter later
