11 February 2015 - Spires of Oxford

Spent the day with my Dad today.  Drove to Oxford early and went on a tour of the Bodlein Library, really should have been an interesting tour however there was too much sitting down and too few books!  Then went to a pub and stuffed my face with sweet potatoes chips, they were lush.  No matter how many times I go to Oxford I still feel that I have not seen any of the city, it just feels that there is more to see but perhaps I have just over estimated it!  

Pic is a terrible attempt at the fence outside the Radcliffe Camera in Oxford, I spent ages trying to create a picture that was unobtainable with my lens, this is the best of a bad bunch!

Then spent the afternoon waiting for my Dad in Oxford Hospital.  He is having to drive to Oxford everyday for radiotherapy so I had volunteered to come home and drive him there for a couple of days.  There was a big delay in the radiotherapy suite so his appointment was at 2.20pm and we got home at 6pm, a very tiring day!
