Penny Farthing

This ancient bicycle has graced the wall of this cottage in Crowmarsh Gifford, Oxfordshire for over 3 decades (the house was at one time an antique shop). The cottage has recently been repainted, and its current owner surprised the locals by returning the 'Penny Farthing' to its place of honour above the door, but now heading towards London, rather than (as before) in the direction of nearby Wallingford!
