Papa Loca Al Pastor

Every time we eat at La Papa Loca I am inspired to take photos, usually of the wonderfully stuffed baked potatoes that are delivered table side. Tonight, we sat in a different spot and had a great view of the worker making tacos al pastor. Of course, this necessitated I take photos of that rather than the potatoes, especially with the warm light bouncing off the juicy pork.
