Come into the Boiler Room...

All the best derelict sites need a boiler room, behind which nightmares reside. This one isn't on or even near to Elm Street, but is in South Wales at an abandoned holiday village that closed soon after Freddy hit the screens, and still awaits demolition. Perhaps no-one dares...

Just had the repair quote back for my Canon 17-55 EF-S f2.8 lens, which went a bit eccentric the other week; £160 will see it back. I paid £800 for it back in 2009 and since it's still worth around £580 I guess that's a win of sorts. Bit rubbish though to go to pieces after only five years.
