Silver lining

A couple of months ago I blipped about my car being damaged by a hit and run driver. I never found out who was responsible (although I did have my suspicions about a car with flakes of red paint on its side) and, as predicted, the insurance renewal came up with a much higher figure. But, after a bit of shopping around, we’ve found another insurance company who will insure us for less than we were paying before.
 

So I suppose that driver did us a favour!
