Sakura Bombe

Sake on the river in Melbourne is a super Japanese restaurant with just a touch of Mexican influence. Their deserts are a delicious fusion as well with lots of Japanese flavours. This take on Bombe Alaska has cherry sorbet on an almond base surrounded by cherries poached in umeshu. So pretty and so delicious!
