Our regular cafe owner Jo has a great sence of humour and likes to tell patrons how she feels through her word bubble seen here on the cafe wall.

She wouldn't tell me what it meant but she stated she wants better talent in the cafe ( or something to that extent) so I googled it and got the answer.

Luckly I don't fit the category.
