Mistake

Today's theme is 'mistake'...

My biggest mistake today is forgetting to do my blip prior to starting the first of 6 night shifts (2 overtime plus 4 on my own shift)...

Hence tonight's photo is the only thing I have that I can safely take a photo of - my blank notebook and pen, ready for the shift ahead!
