on the road

I seemed to be driving most of today, first thing to my dentist, who is an old friend from school and quite a way away, and as it happens in the wrong direction to where I needed to be for work.

This shot is of a still icy moor somewhere between Rochdale and Huddersfield. I was fed up of listening to the weather bulletins on the  radio, I could see it was dull and overcast everywhere !!!

I am now in a modest hotel room overlooking Huddersfield, a bit of contrast to the last 2 days in London :-). Thats what I enjoy about my job, plenty of variety.

After Elland off to Haydock tomorrow and doing the rest of the day job in the evenings :-(
