Keep your head up

It was a glorious day, beginning with a swim with my daughter in the Gorbals leisure centre which has a fantastic pool, very suitable for children.

A busy day in the office and an evening workshop that involved me teaching some young budding producers how to remix. The track I decided to dissect and reassemble was "Heard it Through the Grapevine" by Marvin Gaye. It was fun and hopefully informative.

Today, I heard two separate pieces of bad news. I won't go into them but both left me feeling very thankful for the blessings that I have and prayerful and thoughtful for others around me.

Some pizza, beer in the garden as the little one slept.
