fogged in

Looking at Richmond Island from Kettle Cove. It was so foggy I got wet just standing there staring. Went for a nice walk along Crescent Beach just to make sure I got good and soaked and sandy, too.
I remember one June, maybe in 2003, when the Portland Head Light fog horn blew without a pause for 11 straight days.
