Sunshine and Shadow

A day of very mixed emotions. Hard day at work, one to one training to fast track a colleague in a very short time.
Came home to find I had done well in our wee blip challenge on a beautiful sunny evening with the promise of a lovely sunset.
My balloon was soon burst by some rather disagreeable people. So instead of an hour or so in the garden and going somewhere to capture the lovely sunset, I finished the evening even more stressed than before. These goldfinches were having a late evening feed in the last of the sunlight in the garden. Pretty rubbish shot but its a blip.
I am still having problems uploading my blips so only managing to back blip once a day!
So this is Tuesday 22nd May and I have been deleting my facebook account as I have major concerns over security. I wish all of these sites had the positive attitude and generous support that the blip community has developed and welcomed me into.
To top it all I left my DSLR at work and was in no mood to use my camera phone or old compact digital tonight - so I hope the few shots I got this morning will be up to scratch when I see them tomorrow (and that my camera is still there)!
