Does this look ok?

In the evening as I cross Waterloo Bridge there are always people taking photos. These two were just looking at the photo that she had taken of him with his back to the beautiful view.

I was running across the bridge trying to get the 6.05 train so that I could get to choir practice.

I made the train but due to signalling problems the journey took 2 hours instead of 1.  As a result I didn't go to choir practice and vegetated on the sofa instead. Singing would have probably done me more good
