Dumb Dumpers....

This is what we have to put up with round here,and it really gets me mad.
This was the second load to be dumped in a neighbours gate in the last week. It is obviously some lot doing gardens. 2 summers ago we had 5 loads dumped in a gate way,and when they couldn't get in with another, they drove 100 yards down the road and tipped it on the road. And once its tipped on your land,it suddenly becomes the landowners responsibility to dispose of it.
So much for Keep Britain Tidy.
