Preparing for spring

The willows are getting their haircut now. I always love to see this, don't know why. This is actually very near my home, only a 10 minute walk away from my front door. I had a half hour stroll today, due to lack of time, but plenty to see and hear in that half hour. Birds are really coming alive now.
Probably no walk tomorrow, Wednesday is always a long day at work (compared to the other days...).  In the evening I'll drive over to my sister to have my evening meal at their place and catch up on things. Wednesday night is macaroni night over there, I'm already looking forward to that.
