Ah, Hellebores. How they bring a smile to the face in February. The Knottman garden has a small collection of different varieties, several bought from Kay's Nursery in Silverdale.

This is one of my favourites. The labels are lost but I think it is a Hybrid called Pink Lady.

Who can tell me what kind of insect will pollinate the flower in mid February?
