Feelings
For my 10th blip!
Today was a whole mixture of emotions, feelings and cravings!
Emotions: angry, sad, happy, neutral
Feelings: stress, relief, anxious, nervous, content
Cravings: exercise, chocolate, loud music and sleep
But I kept mindful- and did things to help me before I started on anything else!
Like going for breakfast in a cafe with a coffee, bacon roll and my book before work.
Like going for a impromptu lunch with friends and bumping in to more friends!
Like saying enough is enough and this cannot go on!
Bring it on!
