Free Spirit

I really don't even know where to begin.  It was raining very hard when I went out during lunch today.  This gentleman was riding his "Free Spirit" bicycle while wearing a life jacket and towing a cart from Grocery Outlet.  Full on rain gear and a guitar in the shopping cart.  Very determined look on his face.  Not quite sure what I saw, but I know there's a story here somewhere...
