CHINA - Mono Monday

Walked down to the village this morning to do a bit of shopping in Tesco.  Weather was dry and bright but rather chilly.

Another walk to the village this evening to go to slimming class.  Lots of people stayed for " Image Therapy ".  This is where - if you want - you can ask for advice from the consultant or other members, tell everyone how you got the pounds off - or how you put the pounds on, discuss recipes etc.  I put on ½ pound this week.  Not much but I would have preferred a couple of pounds off. No lift home tonight so another walk.

The Mono Monday word today is CHINA.  I have blipped a cute little china cup which I have had for years.  Bought it at a car boot sale or jumble sale for a few pence.
