..... running.


After work this evening I took Mr M and Ali out for a run. We had a fairly steady lap of the river route as it was Mr M's first run out this year. I did an additional lap at a brisker pace to get the old heart pumping a bit.

When I got back home I took a photo of a Satellite flare just above Orion. I'm now trying to decide if the extra lap tonight means I can have some honeycomb ice cream for pudding tonight.

It was fun running with a bit of company tonight, so today's blip is .....
