Morning Sun

Didn't even have to get off the sofa .

Woke this morning and I knew that I couldn't face getting dressed and up to the hospital for my appointment. Gave them a phone and spoke to a nurse who tried to encourage me to go up. It didn't work, I knew it wasn't going to happen. They phoned back a bit later and said a nurse would come and see me.
She brought me more Lithium and they have doubled the dose.
So the day was spent lying on the sofa, sleeping and sometimes in tears.
