I've blipped this rather eccentric character before.  Oddly she seems to wear more layers as the weather gets warmer.

I'm not able to relay the bizarre and dramatic Monday morning we've had as it would take ages and pages and you would never believe me, just too weird and ludicrous.  The truth is stranger than fiction, it really is!

All is calm now, thank goodness.
