Weeping rocks
First day of camping in Utah! My friend Steph and I went to Zion National Park, but the campgrounds were completely full. Having already bought the park pass, we decided to stay the afternoon and hike a couple of trails. The shorter trail was Weeping Rock. The rain soaks into the rock, eventually hitting less porous rock, so it travels out, constantly raining.
Additional cool pictures from this day:
more weeping, douglas fir cones, and a totally awesome sunset that i almost blipped instead (but the sunset was actually in the Dixie Forest, where we camped out)
