I had forgotten the bit about doing at least 2 hours prep for every hour of teaching. There is light at the end of the tunnel though - I think I've found a 'source'.

In other news, Options Evening at school for Bella. Highlights included the joke at the bottom of this blip and forcing Bella to talk to various members of the SMT...
