The Monica's Burro

This little sculpture lives at Monica's Taco shop - quite possibly my favorite place to eat in the Springs. A great place for a high quality $5 meal, especially after a day of rock climbing (more pictures of that to come).

Notice, he is chained down... my friends from more affluent parts of the country think this restaurant is in a "sketchy" part of town. It reminds me of home.
