White Ibis

I don't see these very often…and was surprised when one showed up overhead.  Did my best to capture it…

This was a very fun weekend.  On Friday I participated with the Virginia Beach Winter Wildlife Festival outing to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel Islands and Fisherman's Island; on Saturday I went on one of their Owl Prowls (heard several screech owls but since this occurred after dark…no photo ops). Today's choice was an outing to Mackay Island National Wildlife Refuge
