Cedar Waxwing Invasion

This morning the area outside my back door was invaded by Cedar Waxwings. There was quite probably close to 1000 birds. Ive never seen such a large gathering, the noise was incredible and there constant coming and going mesmerizing to the eye. It was especially wild when a disturbance would cause a large number of them to take to the air, as they were here.
