Breaker breaker

Tenant told me about the aircon tripping out last year during the cold snap. Although we called the aircon company, no one went out, and the tenant never told us. And then the warm/hot weather arrived and it ceased to be a problem.

But then I was at this house today (it's empty) and yup, breaker trips within a few minutes of the aircon heat coming on. Keeps trippin'.

When I looked at this last week a friend suggested a new breaker, which I installed today. And that's when it gets interesting - the connection to one side of the breaker was not as tight as it should have been! Replaced the breaker anyway ($8) and tightened everything in the box - always interesting as it's a live box!
