Up through the branches

Spoiled for choice for a blip today after our RPS London Region photo walk on the Heath. An absolutely glorious day for it, sunny and even quite warm.  Is spring really starting to spring?
More gull photos - but I've been blipping quite a lot of them lately - trees and icy ponds.
This redwood tree is over by the Vale of Health pond. It was amazing standing beneath it looking up through the branches.
Some sign that work may be starting - a couple of trees cut down by the Model Boating Pond and another between Hampstead 1 & 2. This should not be happening!
