Evening Tide by Covesea Lighthouse
I spent most of today in the woods near Lossiemouth photographing small birds and red squirrels and thought todays entry would come from them. Then as the light began to fall I decided to go over to West Beach at Lossiemouth to catch the setting sun. Although the tide had turned by this time the wind was still blowing the waves onto the shore with the tops being whipped off and sprayed across the beach. Finally as the sun set everything turned a gentle yellow and the spray looked even better. The lighthouse is Covesea to the west of Lossiemouth.
