Tagines waiting in the kitchen..

One way to understand a culture is to experience the food and eating.  At this restaurant, a glimpse into the kitchen showed dozens of tagines waiting to be used, and pots of preparations lined up along the shelves.

Our tagines (lamb and chicken) were delicious! But not as good Mullela's (grandma's)!!
