Afternoon Stroll

Today has been bright and surprisingly mild (+8C). Master H fell asleep on Miss I as she sat giving him his bottle of milk after lunch. We decided on a walk in the woods and as we drove to Highwoods Country Park in Colchester, he stayed asleep, rocked by the swaying of the car along the road.

The girls were keen to seek out some geocaches as we walked. We were being quite successful at this, but before too long, Miss C declared a visit to the girl's room would be needed. The path back to the visitor centre took us past the adventure play area, but the sun was starting to fall and dinner had to be prepared, so we reluctantly returned home without play. This news was not welcomed by Miss C. Not in the least.

Master H stayed asleep, waking only a few minutes before returning to the car. I think he enjoyed the fresh air at least.
