What do you think about when you’re walking, running or cycling?  I’m sure we’ve all been there when the mind is screaming at you to give up, sit down, go home and enjoy a cup of tea.  Since I started walking again 4 years ago I’ve faced many challenges, and the mental aspect has always interested me.  I look back now and realise that mentally I feel tougher when I take on those challenges, but what is it and how can you learn it?

I finished reading this book today about what someone thinks about when they run, I didn’t learn much from it.  Apologies for the rubbish photo.
