Winter wonderland

So, at its peak we had about 5 inches of snow.  Which is really a lot for here.  It started melting a bit today, though some later snow flurries kept it largely topped up.

A quiet day for me.  Mr B left on his trip to London/Edinburgh (he was supposed to be looking at houses all day yesterday with our pals, but that trip was obviously cancelled).  There was, however, househunting today.  No school for TallGirl, and no activities for anyone.  So a lazy day. Much needed.
