New room - colour 1

Today we started decorating Henrys room!

His first colour choice was red and we had a nightmare of a time as for some reason, despite all the normal preparation, the colour did not seem to want to 'stick' to the wall and left huge patches. Any attempt to roll over the patches just took more paint off.

We left it the required number of hours and a second coat improved it slightly. Extremely frustrating but a third coat is likely to be needed tomorrow :(
