We did it!

Please allow me to brag about Jen.
Jen has said that I may write a bit about her illness - once read I am sure that you will better understand why today's achievement is a testimony to Jen's unbelievable courage .
A year ago Jen was diagnosed with Leukaemia, then, only three weeks ago underwent a bilateral radical mastectomy. When, a few months ago, Jen asked me to fly out to South Africa to swim the Midmar Mile with her I was delighted and honoured to do so. We thought she would not be able to do it after such devastating surgery - she proved us all wrong! We swam the whole way together, such a privilege for me. Well done Jen!
