Hamurana Springs

On my way out to a friends place, to do hand over this morning for Camera Club, I stopped Hamurana Springs.

A nice reserve area, not administrated by Depatment of Conservation and a Maori Trust.

We used to go to this area when we were small, for BBQ's and to row in the row boats up the springs.

The water is very clean and you can walk up through a redwood tree area, to where the spring comes from.

When we hosted the regional photorgraphy convention in Rotorua, one of our workshops, was "Harleys and their Riders in the Redwoodws Tree's" here.
