Dunn's River Falls- "Dr No"

“What on earth is going on?”
Well, You may well ask.
 
This is Dunn’s River Falls, the location for a scene in the movie “Dr No” and Jamaica’s most popular tourist attraction today.
 
Today we got to walk up the waterfall. Did I do it? No I kept my feet and camera dry. Others in our party did and report it as a most exhilarating experience.

Oh yes, have I mentioned that all the houses have bars across the windows? maybe this is not such a perfect little paradise as it seems.

Crime? our guide described it as:"Situations.... we have situations in Jamaica."


If you venture outside on your own you have to tell the guard exactly where you are going....bit difficult if you don't know and just want to wander to get a feel for the place.
