Red is the colour

Continuing the rugby theme, following the French team's successful change to red shirts for the match against Scotland, I don my red sweater, partake in a kir as an apero and then order this red Noilly Prat as we peruse the menu at Les Ondines.

Noilly Prat, as I'm sure you are aware is made just a few kilometers from here in the town of Marseillan. If you ever pass through, it is well worth stopping off for a trip around the Cave (brewery) and sampling either the white, red or the very rare, amber nectar.
