8:30am and walking to get some porridge.

A longer cycle-to-work as yesterday's dusting of snow has gone. And I had a little time.

Managed to read for a bit before leaving the house too.

Frustrated by some of the day, so grabbed a few miles and a train home and a quiet evening with Mrs theWeir before she heads into back-to-back nightshifts for the weekend.

It's been a quick week. Fair amount of progress and yet some things just get fuzzier.

Glad my body and mind work tho.

And very glad to have a warm welcome home.
