Red Skies at night

I can't get into Blip photo from the ipad tried a few times in the last few days so can't view anyone else can anyone tell me how to view the comments or see others tried this tonight so had to come to the PC. Sorry I have not commented on others don't know how to now!! Or see coments of my photos.
