Carnevale Praga 2015

Today marked the beginning of Carnevale season in Prague and it was celebrated by the Parade of King of Carnevale and the Gathering of Masques in Old Town Square. Blue sky and sunshine were the highlights of the day and I was enjoying sitting, toasty-warm, by my window. But I felt a little guilty at the idea of not going out on such a day. So a string of FB messages to Trinidy and the arrangement was in place. Trinidy, Brianna and I would meet up in Old Town Square. Lovely afternoon with fab costumes, although not a huge number of them, followed by coffee at Mama Coffee (this was my first time at this Prague institution), and then pizza and Kofola at the Einstein Pizzeria. An enjoyable afternoon and I've found a home for some muffin pans. :)
