Club Outing

Hectic but fun day.  First Farmer's Market of the year in the town, so quick run round it for fish and chocolate!    Coffee of course and then dashed home for 12 to meet Sabine, Tom and his wife Hazel for a photo wander.   Decided to take them to Blackford for a walk in the hills finishing up at the Old Kirk on the hill.  They really enjoyed it and wouldn't have known the walk was there without insider knowledge.   Tom broke his ankle in Norway hiking last July so he has to take it easy but managed fine.

Couple of hours walking and then headed to Gloagburn for a well earned coffee and scone and more chat.  Tom has travelled the world with his job and has loads of great stories.  Sabine is Dutch and lives in Scotland now she she too has tales to tell.  Tom is taking a few folk from the Club to Tokyo in May for some street party.  Unfortunately won't manage this trip but there is talk of the Pacific northwest of America next year, now that would be fab.

Home now and first night in for over a week..  Time to relax......
