Some seeds still hanging on!

Another cold and mainly cloudy day.  Had a bad nights sleep so didn't wake up til 8!  After some tea and toast went out for a long walk over the seawall.  Took lots of shots including a Great Tit and some ducks flying overhead.  Only saw 2 people with dogs the whole time I was out, it was so peaceful and not as windy as it has been.  This seedhead was taken in one of the dykes on the inland side of the seawall and was my fav pic today.  Later saw Ali, went to a friends for a cuppa and collected Mum from hospital renal unit.  Homemade soup for tea nice and warming:)
