Exam day

Today was the day of the Year 8 exam, on the theme of Polar regions. There was a little more snow in the morning, and I drove through some on another prolonged trip to school, but there was mostly just slush remaining on the ground, and ragged bits of snow in the ruts of the fields. Home promptly, and then spent the next six hours marking around 80 exam papers. Some very pleasing performances, but a bit of a lost day... A small Highland Park was required when I finally finished around 10.30
