Bergamot's Cap

In the summer, our hillside is covered in it's lavender petaled tops.  The butterflies adore it.  But the Wild Bergamot also provides beauty to the prairie through it's textured stalks throughout the winter.  Today the plant bore a cap of large, fluffy snowflakes.
