Diesel locomotive

This isn't the average Waterloo commuter train. A sign on one of the carriages indicated it was the Torbay Express - which, according to the website, only runs on a few weekends in the summer, is mainly steam-hauled, and doesn't go anywhere near Waterloo. I couldn't find out more as my train was about to leave.
