Can you spot the lighthouse?

Well It was freezing this morning and I'd agreed to run with my friend in Blyth. I was struggling after a mile but managed to clock up just over 6. Gorgeous low sun again right over St Mary's Lighthouse. View from blyth beach.

I was a very proud mummy yesterday as Ike had been awarded "pupil of the week", so we are treating him to the Golden Arches later. He is 4 after all. I needed to run first. And in contrast we are then going to a health and wellness fair right next door ....for a raw carrot for pudding.

And for some further "balancing" I'm going out with my friends tonight in Tynemouth.
