Waitangi Day

Today's Waitangi Day celebrations were very low key, but held in good spirit and without any protests or confrontation.

Maori have given us a lot of great things, not least their amazing rugby skills and their outstanding music and art works.

So today seems a special day to appreciate our lovely garden sculpture.
